Leeds Town Hall The Town Hall was opened by Queen Victoria in 1858 after a rush to complete the tower. Photographed May 2005 following renovations and repairs to the interior. Leeds Central Library, Leeds Art Gallery and the Henry Moore Institute form the facade of buildings along this side of the Headrow. |
